How can I edit my shipping information?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at Info@reseauxskin.com. If your order has not been sent yet, we can modify the shipping address. Otherwise, we will work with you to find the most suitable solution.
Will I have to pay custom fees upon receiving my order?
It may happen. Customs charges are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. These charges will be paid by the recipient upon receipt of your order.
As per tracking number, my order should have been delivered but I have not received it.
Sorry about that! We recommend you check with your neighbors or your building’s caretaker as one of them may have collected it by mistake or in your absence. That happens a lot! It’s also possible that the delivery status has been updated slightly in advance. In this case, the package will arrive later that day. If you still have no sign of your package, please email us at Info@reseauxskin.com so that we can find a solution together.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your RÉSEAUX products. They must be unopened, in their original condition and sent back in the original packaging with the same method of shipment.
How should I make a return?
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at Info@reseauxskin.com and mention your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for returning them.
How do I post my return?
Your package should be returned by the same carrier that took care of the delivery. We recommend that you keep the proof of deposit in case of an incident occurring with your package during the shipment back to our office.
How long does it take to be reimbursed?
You will be reimbursed within 7 business days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one you used at the time of purchase. We do not reimbursed damaged or used products.
Can I exchange a product?
We'll be happy to exchange any products that are returned to us unopened however all opened products cannot sadly be exchanged unless proven to be faulty. If your products are still in their original condition, you can return them.
